About this Act
Uptown Groove are a fantastic female fronted party band who are based in Sussex. This band play everything from funk and soul classics to current pop hits and modern floor fillers and much more. They are fast becoming one of the most popular party bands in the UK. All band members are professional musicians and many of them who have toured or been in projects with some of the UK’s top Pop artists, including Beverly Knight, Jessie J, Rizzle Kicks, Two Door Cinema Club and John Newman.
As well as the 5-piece band, a two piece horn section can be added as an optional extra - subject to availability. Plus you can also hire in Phonic Boom’s very own Professional DJ to fill the gaps for when the band isn’t playing – also subject to availability.
