About this Act
Originally from Bristol, Benjamin J Thompson is an acoustic singer songwriter working in and around West and North London. With an individual folk/soul sound he has an extensive range of well-known and alternative covers from the 60's to the present day.
He also writes and performs his own material with the influences from David Gray, Damien Rice and Ray Lamontagne. Using his big vocal range to the full he reworks all his covers to an original sound.
