About this Act
The Cheers are a fun and highly professional wedding and party band with a modern edge, based in Surrey. Founded in June 2012 by three, The Cheers quickly became five, offering male and female vocals which forms part of their core five piece line up (the Quintet). Fast forward to current day and hundreds of events later, this versatile family of musicians now offer a variety of full band line-ups. They range from the classic four piece ensemble of male or female vocals with electric guitar, bass and drums, through to the stylish and powerful eight piece which includes four vocalists plus the sassy and funky tone of a saxophone!
This experienced and exciting collaboration perform a variety of classic and upbeat tunes from the 50’s to current day; they want to ensure that your party is the best it can be so that you and your guests leave with great memories and a story to tell!
The Cheers provide a hassle-free service from the moment you make an enquiry; reliable and responsive. On the day they also provide the PA system, stage lighting and your very own bespoke-made playlist which will be played through their PA system before, between and after the live sets.
Coupled with the frequent weddings and parties The Cheers have performed at since forming in 2012, this eclectic ensemble have entertained clients such as the US Embassy, Kraft-Heinz and Ericsson, to name a few. - Our five piece, Quintet, is how it all began for us in 2012. This is our core line up (and most popular). The Quintet gives you male and female vocals, providing diversity in vocal range, tone and also in the repertoire that we offer. The line up also includes keys, electric guitar, bass and drums. Our guitarist, Ben, is also the band manager. Ben is personable, experienced and will ensure that your booking journey is easy and hassle-free in the lead-up, and on the day of your event.
