About this Act
The Mike King Collective (aka MKC) is one of the UK's top contemporary choirs combining powerful vocals, rich harmonies and uplifting performances. They have has recorded for the BBC, performed on the West End stage and worked with some of the music industry’s biggest names including Mark Ronson, Florence + the Machine, Lily Allen and Grammy world music artist Angelique Kidjo.
The choir perform inspiring original arrangements of soul, jazz and R&B repertoire including songs from Beyonce, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Michael Jackson, Rihanna and Frank Sinatra as well as jazz and gospel classics and are flexible enough to be able to go out as anything from a six piece to a full on twenty strong ensemble.
