About this Act
The Balloons cover classic rock and pop from across the ages, covering popular tracks from the 60's and 70's by the likes of Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash, The Beatles and The Doors, more contemporary acts include the likes of Talking Heads, The Coral and Arcade Fire amongst many others.
All four members share lead vocal duties, creating a diverse and unique energising performance. The standard line up consists of Drums, Bass, Guitars and Keys, additional instruments can be played or additional musicians can be hired in to handle extra special requests if required.
The band are extremely experienced musicians, between them they boast, record deals, tv appearances, extensive radio air play, world tours and major festival appearances. Their upbeat energising style guarantees for a truly fun event.
The Balloons are also proud to be the current house band for the British Film Institute's Stephen Street Kitchen just off Tottenham Court Road.
