The Nightcreatures Street Band

The Nightcreatures are a New Orleans street band that specialise in outdoor events, Mardi Gras theme, street parades, garden parties and vintage occasions.

Over the last 10 years they’ve performed all over they uk at a variety of events, music venues and festivals but they are resident at their local music venue, Matt and Phreds in Manchester.

They play a varied mixture of classic New Orleans material, more modern pop/rock songs, rhythm and blues and rocking brass band tunes.

The line up includes vocals, trumpets, trombones, drums and sousaphone. They can also perform fully instrumental.

As a street band they perform without PA, fully acoustic and are therefore very easy to set-up, they can literally just turn up and play anywhere with a minimum of fuss. They can change location very easy and regularly perform whilst on the move as a roaming band, weaving in amongst the audience.
