Karen Mowat is a professional singer and performer with a wide range of experience in different environments. Having started out singing in various different bands as a backing vocalist, Karen progressed on to lead singer and is now performing as a solo singer and pianist.
She can offer a wide repertoire of songs from pop to soul, jazz, acoustic, folk and classical. She is an accomplished pianist who offers beautiful and reflective accompaniment to her warm, soulful and classy vocals.
Karen can also offer appropriate music to suit the mood of the event, for example by creating the perfect ambiance and atmosphere for a couples wedding ceremony and/or champagne reception, or perhaps by creating a meaningful and memorable atmosphere at the funeral of a loved one, or even by creating a party atmosphere at a private party or function - whatever the occasion, Karen can help you personalize the event with the range of music that you are looking for.
