About this Act
Gregor Blamey is a trained Classical and Jazz Pianist (and Organist) who is available for hire for wedding ceremonies, drinks receptions, wedding meals and for private parties or functions.
After graduating from the RSAMD, now the RCS, Gregor then went on to study Jazz at St Andrews University before becoming a show-band musician and cocktail pianist with Carnaval Cruise Lines. It's this musical education and experience that allows him to turn his hand to lots of different musical styles and genres. He can perform more formal music for your ceremony on the piano or organ. He can also provide a wide selection of music for your drinks reception or during your meal, including popular wedding songs, pop, rock, jazz, swing, light classical and songs from the stage & TV.
Please also note that if your venue has a Piano, Pipe or Electric Organ, Gregor is happy to perform on this provided this has been approved beforehand. If it does not, he can provide a full size digital Piano which includes high quality Piano and Organ sounds complete with professional PA system.
Gregor also has a professional piano shell which transforms his digital piano into a baby grand.
