An incredibly tight four-piece outfit, The Banned are all from in and around the Edinburgh area. During The Edinburgh Festival they have had top billing at one of the most popular music venues in Edinburgh for the past 3 years.
Led by an outstanding vocalist together they deliver a high-tempo take on classic rock and soul covers. The music is varied and covers everything from Fleetwwod Mac, The Beatles, The Stones, Edie Cochran, The Small Faces, Stevie Wonder, Ike and Tina Turner through to The Stereophonics and everything in between, all given their unique rocky twist.
