About this Act
Matthew Maclennan Scottish Dance Band is a band based in Edinburgh. The band is led by, former Scottish Accordion Champion, Matthew Maclennan and the members of the band are of the highest quality.
From Shetland to Southampton we will come and play for your function. From a compact trio to the full six piece Scottish dance band we can accomodate all budgets and most venues. From the smallest country halls to the biggest ballrooms we can play anywhere. Ceilidh disco packages are avaliable and can be tailored to your tastes and requests.
Since 2009 the band has performed regularly for BBC Radio Scotland and we released our debut album "Traditionaly Inspired" in 2014.
