The band is based in Central Scotland and perform all over Scotland.
Very rarely a live performing band will appear on the Scottish music & entertainment circuit performing hit songs from the Soul & Motown era. This timeless music has transcended through all generations capturing the hearts of both young and old and continues to dominate the music scene today. Diva Soul Band will take you on a musical journey through the decades performing all the classic and modern hits luring everyone who hears the music with the urge to sing and dance.
In addition to Soul & and; Motown, the diva soul band can also perform other classic popular songs both past and present. With the advantage of having both Female and Male Lead vocals they can play a range of songs from the 60's to the present day from Rock, 80’s Classics, Country Music, Funk, Easy Listening, Pop and latest Chart Hits.
If required they can also play a 40 min set of Scottish Country Dancing (Ceilidh) with each dance being explained in a fun and engaging way.
A band blessed by some of Scotland's and Philadelphia's experienced and talented musicians sharing a love of all things Soul and Motown, they are dedicated to capturing the sight and sound of this wonderful musical era and combined with the powerful soulful voice of Claire Freeland, you will be hard pushed to find an equal formidable band of this calibre.
