Capitol Motown & Soul Band are based in Bristol but travel the length and breadth of the UK, Europe and sometimes further afield to play to the right audience.
Capitol Motown & Soul Band encapsulate the authentic sound of Soul Music. The full line up consists of 11 musicians dedicated to recreating the groundbreaking sounds of that bygone era. They perform a selection of classics from the stars of Hitsville USA through to the Southern grooves of Stax. This takes in acts as varied as Smokey Robinson, Martha and the Vandellas, The Court Tops and the Jacksons.
If the event requires they also do authentic ‘Motown only’ sets. If you want the incomparable sound of America’s greatest dance music then Capitol Motown & Soul Band are the right decision. Dance to the songs you know and love, played by the band you’ll love to know.
