About this Act
MixTape are an acoustic duo based in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife. The act is made up of vocalist Kim Shepherd whose experience in the popular wedding band, Cut the Cake and as a professional singer and performer means she has incredible versatility and skill. A varied working experience means she can sing most styles of music ranging from Musical Theatre favourites, current chart hits, rock classics and more!
On guitar/keys is Wesley Wood, an exceptionally talented multi-instrumentalist who can put his own unique flair into any piece of music he plays. His guitar playing frequently catches people's attention and is always highly commended. As a piano player Wes graduated from Glasgow Uni with piano as his main instrument with piano players such as Hiromi Uehara and George Gershwin as his inspiration.
MixTape can tailor their setlist to your event. Whether you require background music or you wish to create more of a focal point for your special event, their vast repertoire and experience means they can adapt easily to make sure their set is suitable for whatever you require.
