Fiesta Resistance is one of the UK's top Cuban-style salsa band. A professional seven-piece, lighting up the dance floor with a mix of original arrangements, salsa classics, and Latin-infused covers of English pop hits.

Salsa, cha-cha-cha, merengue, timba and son styles are ignited with dynamic original arrangements featuring blazing trumpets, vocals, crackling percussion, pulsating piano, bass and clavé. For ten years they have played Latin nights and functions across the UK, and guarantee to bring your fiesta to life!

Their set contains a mix of classic salsa covers and their own arrangements of English-language pop hits. This can be customised for each client depending on preference. Salsa covers include Buena Vista Social Club 'El Cuarto De Tula' and 'Chan Chan', Gloria Estefan 'Mi Tierra', Celia Cruz 'La Vida Es Un Carnaval'. Pop covers include David Bowie 'Life On Mars', No Doubt 'Don't Speak', Aha 'Take On Me'.
