About this Act
An entertaining and versatile professional band, Kikosi is a favourite for weddings, private parties, bars and clubs. This band featuring some of Liverpool's finest musicians, grooves with an upbeat mix of Soul, Jazz and funky dance music. Playing material from the 70s, 80s, 90s and today, Kikosi lays down a rich texture of music that, combined with Hayli Kincade's unique voice, deliver an exciting mix of entertainment.
Their versatile repertoire includes hits by Aretha Franklin, Duffy, Moloko, Sister Sledge, Carleen Anderson, Jessy J, Chic and Estelle, to name a few. This listening experience is unforgettable. Kikosi members have worked with some of the biggest names in the Liverpool music scene. The band have wide ranging careers within the music industry, including producing, teaching, composing, arranging, community arts and, of course, their work as Kikosi.
