Tweed are a lively, energetic ceilidh rock band which are based in the Inverness and Spey Valley area of the Scottish Highlands. Over the past 5 years the band have built up a great repertoire of traditional and specialist themed covers which they do in their own rocky/up beat way to create an exciting sound that throws the audience onto the dance floor. The band are renowned for having good interaction with the crowd with their cheeky banter and call all the dances which makes the night fun, simple and enjoyable for everyone.

In their time playing together, the band have developed a wealth of experience in playing across a wide variety of venues across the UK and Europe performing for audiences in the likes of Germany and Cyprus. They have shared the stage with the legendary Tom Jones at Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival and performed hundreds of wedding, private party and pub gigs across a wide range of halls, hotels, clubs and Marquee Tents.
