3's A Crowd

3's A Crowd Trio are an Edinburgh based acoustic trio consisting of Spanish guitar, alto sax and percussion specialised in blending Latin, Flamenco and Jazz music. Their repertoire comprises a tasteful collection of iconic songs rearranged by adding the exact amount of Latin, Jazz or Flamenco they need, thus delivering an exciting and refreshing performance of Latin classics and Jazz standards known by everybody. Their elegant and wonderful music and stage presence makes them the perfect trio for wedding receptions, corporate events and private parties looking for a different and relaxed show to amaze their guests and help making your event unforgettable.

Jesús Molina plays alto sax in 3's A Crowd Trio. He started his musical studies as saxophonist at the Professional Conservatory of Music in Baeza and Jaen where he obtained the professional degree of music in the specialty of saxophone. In this area, it is worth mentioning his participation in the International Festival of Dance and Music of Ubeda as member of the Symphonic Band of Jaen and several recordings with many others music bands. After graduating from the Provincial Conservatory of Music of Jaen, he moved to Granada where he continued his training at the Higher Conservatory of Music Victoria Eugenia. This is where he started studying Jazz guided by Rogelio Gil and experimenting with new musical styles.

Tomás Mir plays guitar and bass in 3's A Crowd Trio. A versatile and stylish musician with many different influences from Latin music to Flamenco, Funk, Jazz or Blues, he´s been a regular of the Edinburgh music scene for the past 4 years, gigging regularly and crafting his own unique and personal approach to the music he loves.

Paúl G. Andreu plays cajón and snare in 3's A Crowd Trio.s and plays cajón in Dave & Dave. He is an accomplished drummer, percussionist and composer whose career expands for more than 15 years and three countries, having played in many different bands and styles and toured internationally. Both a talented performer and a reliable session musician, he enjoys the connection with the audience and the sheer pleasure of making music happen.
