Tarantino

Tarantino consist of Icelandic singer/songwriter Alda who has enjoyed massive success both in the UK and across the world with record sales of over 5 million worldwide and had a few UK top ten hits. She has performed live at every conceivable type of venue from small social clubs to Wembley stadium and she has appeared on many TV shows such as TOTP, Bigger Breakfast, CD: UK, Live & Kicking and even Never Mind The Buzzcocks.

Accompanying Alda is equally experienced and multi talented musician/producer Adam Day who like Alda, has also appeared on TOTP and many other shows with his former band Mike Flower Pops, a band who had several hits. Adam who plays the piano, accordion and clarinet, has performed all across Europe at festivals and other major shows along with Wembley arena and his former bands include Tight Fit, West London Sinfonia and the John Bennett Big Band.

This is a sophisticated duo with an eclectic repertoire that ranges from Grace Jones to Radiohead, from Sarah Vaughan to Leonard Cohen. Music style is a mixture of electro beats with Jazzy chords, latin grooves and Ibiza ambiance. Can Although smooth they can also be booked as a fun party band with a classy latin flair.
