About this Act
Alina is one of the most exciting harpists based in Scotland. She has had the honour of playing at Scottish and European Parliaments, at the Queen’s 80th-birthday celebrations at Balmoral and at the King of Thailand’s birthday celebrations in Bangkok.
Alina’s music is available for religious, civil and humanist ceremonies, wedding breakfasts, dinners and receptions.
Her comprehensive catalogue of over 200 pieces includes classical, jazz and world traditional music. She plays “Salisbury” pedal harp and “Aida” clarsach. Both harps are uniquely fitted with electric pick-ups and can be appropriately amplified if required. Both instruments can be moved to various locations (indoors or outdoors) during an event if necessary.
