The Royal Roses

After more than six years playing with a variety of groups, manager and drummer Richard Trussell started the Royal Roses.  Based in Torfaen, South Wales, they started out playing at local venues and were soon being contacted by companies for corporate events, and couples for weddings and anniversaries and other events. A real highlight was them being featuring on Made in Cardiff TV, where their performance was played on their prime-time show. The production company enjoyed the music so much that they were asked to perform on another programme showing!

Putting all the members experience together, boasting nearly 10 years’ experience live music events with, the band has performed at a variety of venues, from corporate events, special occasions, weddings, and a TV studio and take their vast musical cues from acts as varied as Bob Marley, Amy Winehouse, the Beatles and Blondie.
