The trio are based both in Southend, Essex and in Greenwich, London and regularly gig across the South East.
The Decatur Street Trio are Rosie on vocals, Ben on double bass and James on keys and together they offer Jazz standards and Jazz covers of pop, rock and dance hits!
They can keep things strictly Jazz, with their take on tracks from Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Nina Simone and Nat King Cole. But if you'd like something a little different, they have a range of jazz covers of popular tunes - featuring songs from Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Spice Girls and Amy Winehouse to name a few.
Decatur Street Jazz's musicians play together and follow their own separate projects too and are privileged to have played in some of London's most prestigious Jazz venues -James and Ben have played at Ronnie Scott's, Ben at The Jazz Cafe and Rosie at the 100 Club. Their individual experiences as musicians give their work as Decatur Street Jazz it's unique sound - something for true music lovers!
