GroovyLot is a UK-based 5 piece band providing top quality live entertainment for all kinds of events. Active since 2007, the band have performed for many private and corporate clients, including prestigious companies such as T-Mobile, Bovis Estates and the M&IT Awards among others.
All the musicians and singers working with GroovyLot are top industry professionals, who have performed with such acts as Chaka Khan, The Foundations, Blue, Michael McDonald, Cleopatra, Imagination, Omar, Gloria Gaynor, Kym Marsh, and work on top West End shows such as the record- breaking musical Thriller Live!
The band's repertoire comprises some of the best Soul, Disco, Funky and Pop from different eras, always creating a magical party vibe and infectious energy, thoroughly enjoyed by all audiences. They can also perform smooth live background music for dinners and quieter moments, as well as walk-on and walk-off stings during conferences and speeches.
In addition to the singer featured on the official promo video, the band occasionally performs with alternative vocalists whenever the main one is unavailable. The most popular among them is Lyla, a truly amazing singer and performer, gifted with exceptional vocal abilities and a powerful stage presence.
